DE TOSTIFABRIEK 2013
A living installation in the middle of Amsterdam.
Slice of bread, slice of ham, slice of cheese. Apparently very simple such a sandwich. In the Tostifabriek we examine together with visitors whether it really is that simple. In the middle of the city, with a self-built grain field, two pigs and two cows, we will produce all the ingredients of a sandwich from start to finish.
